Community Center Memberships

GET MEMBERSHIP HERE

Community center memberships are free for the Community and need to be renewed yearly. Memberships are required for before/after school youth programs and include access to all 18 community centers, free classes and various amenities like gymnasiums, computer labs, game rooms and meeting spaces.  All facilities offer programs or amenities for the whole family.

CC Youth Pass: Ages 5-11

2025-2026 Winter Break 

Community Centers 2025-2026 winter break programs are offered as first-come, first-served for youth and teens in grades kindergarten through 8th grade. Each child needs a current membership to register. There is a one-time registration fee of $10 per child. Contact your center directly for specific program information.

Registration: Monday December 8th starting at 8 a.m.; $10 registration fee per child
Program: December 22 to January 5
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Centers are closed on December 25 and January 1.

2025-2026 Before & After School Programs

Registration Begins Monday July 28th at 8 a.m. and is on a first come first serve basis first-come, first-served for children 5 to 14 years old, and 5 year old's must be registered in Kindergarten. Each child needs a current membership to register. There is a one-time registration fee of $10 per child. Contact your center directly for specific program information.

Before and/or After School Programs are available at most of our Community Centers, Therapeutic Recreation sites, and various PLAY+ APS Elementary Schools.

These programs provide planned, organized, and supervised activities designed to meet the recreational needs of the children who attend.

Community Center, Inclusion Recreation, and PLAY+ registration is ongoing. Registration fees may apply.

2026 Spring Break Youth Program

Community Centers will hold 2026 spring break program during APS Spring Break. Each child needs a current membership to register. There is a one-time registration fee of $10 per child. Contact your center directly for specific program information.

Summer Youth Program at Community Centers

For children 5 to 15 years. Children must be 6 years old before September 1st, 2026 and have completed Kindergarten.

Summer 2026 Lottery & Registration

Due to the high participant demand, a "lottery-style" selection of participants is used. You will need to create an account to proceed and access the site. It is also important to note your user name and password as you will need this information to register and submit payments.

  • Programs with available slots after May 26 will open for registration
  • Once a program's registration is full, a waiting list is kept and maintained. Parents/Guardians of waiting list participants will be notified as space becomes available.

Due to the high number of participants in the Lottery Pool, the following sites will not accept any additional names on the Waitlist. Parents/Guardians of waitlist participants will be notified as space becomes available.

Summer Program Fees

One-time $10 registration fee per child.

Important Note

City of Albuquerque programs do not provide year-end statements. Any time a payment is made, we do provide receipts and we suggest that participants of the programs save those receipts for tax purposes.
