The Garden Gift Shop
The Garden Gift Shop carries film, gifts, garden tools and souvenirs.
Additional services offered:
- School groups may order gift grab bags to be picked up when they visit the garden.
- Groups renting the garden may request the gift shop stay open during their event.
11 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily
Open during the summer months, the Wildflower Snack Bar is located on the Main Plaza, sells snack food, drinks and ice cream. The snack bar is also open during the River of Lights Holiday Light event (6 - 9 p.m.)
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Wagons and Strollers
Carry-all wagons and two-seater strollers are available at the Main Plaza. Wagons are $5, two-seater wagons are $7.
Racks for bicycles are located near the Botanic Garden entrance.
Pets are prohibited on Botanic Garden grounds. A limited number of kennels are available at the Administrative Offices.
Service animals are permitted in all visitor areas at BioPark facilities.
Wheelchairs are available at the Jungle Wheels shop at the Zoo or the Shark Reef Cafe on the main plaza at the Aquarium for $7 for an all-day rental.
Wheelchairs are available on a very limited basis, first-come, first-served. To ensure your comfort during your visit, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wheelchair.
It is possible to reserve a wheelchair by contacting us at least three days in advance.

Lost and Found
The Botanic Garden lost and found office is in the Main Plaza, next to the Administration Office.
Botanic Garden parking is free.
