The gift shop at the Botanic Garden is currently closed for renovation. We encourage visitors to stop by our Aquarium shop in the meantime.
Open during the summer months, the Wildflower Snack Bar is located on the Main Plaza, sells snack food, drinks and ice cream. The snack bar is also open during the River of Lights Holiday Light event (6 - 9 p.m.)

Strollers
Single and double strollers are available at the Main Plaza. Single strollers are $12, double strollers are $14.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at the Jungle Wheels shop at the Zoo or the Shark Reef Cafe on the main plaza at the Aquarium for $10 for an all-day rental. Wheelchairs are available on a very limited basis, first-come, first-served.
Guests who are unable to to pay the wheelchair rental fee can request a waiver in the Administration Office. Waivers are only available for wheelchairs, not strollers or ECVs. Certain restrictions may apply.
Bicycle Racks
Racks for bicycles are located near the Botanic Garden entrance. No bicycle riding is allowed on BioPark grounds.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on BioPark grounds.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted in the BioPark but due to safety and welfare concerns of some BioPark animals, some areas may be restricted from entry by service animals.
Lost and Found
The Botanic Garden lost and found office is in the Main Plaza, next to the Administration Office.
Parking
Botanic Garden parking is free.
