Residential Rates

• Residential customer rate - $18
• Extra trash carts - $7.69 per month per cart
• Extra recycling carts - $2.33 per month per cart

Replacement Residential Carts

A replacement cart for a lost or stolen cart can be requested using our online tool or by calling 311. Customers will be charged a one-time replacement fee of $48.67 plus tax and fuel surcharge for the replacement cart on their next bill following delivery.

Extra Residential Contained Trash Pickup

Extra pickup for trash contained in your container can be requested through 311 or by calling 505-761-8100. These rates apply only to trash contained in your container.

• Requested for non-day of service - $8.87

Extra Residential Contained Recycling Pickup

Extra pickup for recycling contained in your cart can be requested through 311 or by calling 505-761-8100. These rates apply only to recycling contained in your cart.

• Requested for same day of service - $9.04
• Requested for non-day of service - $9.28

Uncontained Pickup

Excess garbage or yard waste that does not fit into your resident cart can be picked up for a fee. Property owners may request a special pick-up Monday-Saturday by phone at least 24 hours in advance for a $59.31 service fee. Call 311 to schedule.

Commercial Rates

A quote for commercial trash and recycling service can be obtained by calling our customer service team at 505-761-8138.

Landfill Fees

• $30/ton, municipal waste
• $39.86/ton, special burial (materials needing immediate burial, including dead animals)
• Petroleum-contaminated soils:
  • $26.25 per ton = 1,000 ppm or less
  • $31.50 per ton = 15,000 ppm or less
  • $47.25 per ton = 15,000 ppm or greater
• $222.86 per ton, used tires
• $5.54 extra for unsecured or uncovered loads
