What to do if your trash is not picked up on time
If your trash is not picked up on your regular collection day by dusk, you can report residential missed trash online, by calling 505-761-8100 or 311, or by clicking the button below. Pick-up will occur within 36 hours or on the next business day.
When setting out your cart for a missed pickup, all Do Your Part With Your Cart rules must be followed. Failure to follow set-out rules may result in a missed pickup due to our inability to service your cart.
If you reported a missed pickup and 36 hours or the next business day has passed without pickup, report the missed pickup again by reporting online, by calling 505-761-8100 or 311, or by clicking the button below.
