Youth Program Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 8:50 am & 4 pm to 6 pm
Out-of-School Programs
Manzano Mesa's after-school program gives kids an opportunity to socialize and interact with other children through supervised activities and events.
Before-School Program Hours
Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 8:50 am
After-School Program Hours
Monday through Friday 4 pm to 6 pm
Transportation
Transportation is provided between the multigenerational center site and Manzano Mesa Elementary School (to/from).
Registration Fee
There is an annual multigenerational center membership fee of $20 and a monthly program fee of $15 per child. Unless the annual membership fee was paid prior to registration, it will be required at the time of child enrollment. All monthly program fees will be due at the beginning of the month and must be paid no later than the first week of the month, otherwise, the child may be disenrolled from the program.Summer Recreation Program
The Summer Recreation Program is offered for eight weeks, (June to August) every year to school-age children and youth from 5 to 13 years old. Children who are 5 years old at the time of registration must turn 6 by September 1 in order to be eligible to participate.
Summer 2026 Program Dates & Hours
Program dates: June 15, 2026 to July 31, 2026
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Summer 2026 Lottery & Registration
Due to the high demand, a "lottery-style" selection of participants is used.
If your child is selected, you will be notified by staff members with further instructions to complete the registration process.
Once a program's registration is full, a waiting list is kept and maintained. Parents/guardians of waiting list participants will be notified as space becomes available.
Lottery Sign-up: Monday, May 4, 2026 (opens at 8:00 am) to Friday, May 15, 2026 (closes at 11:59 pm)
Lottery Drawing: Monday, May 18, 2026 via Zoom with the Department of Youth and Family Services
Program Registration for selected participants: Wednesday, May 20, 2026 to Friday, May 29, 2026
Summer Program Fees
