City of Albuquerque and Presbyterian Partner to Provide FREE Flu Shots

Free flu shots available at City Senior and Multigenerational Centers

ALBUQUERQUE— The City of Albuquerque Department of Senior Affairs has partnered with Presbyterian Community Health to offer FREE flu shot clinics to help keep Albuquerque families healthy this flu season.

There will be morning and afternoon options at various senior and multigenerational center locations twice a week in the next upcoming weeks.  The dates and locations of the shot clinics are:

  • Nov. 22, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m., Highland Senior Center, 131 Monroe St. NE 87108
  • Nov. 22, 12 p.m. – 2 p.m., Barelas Senior Center, 714 7th St. NW 87102
  • Dec. 6, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m., North Valley Senior Center, 3825 4th St. NW 87107
  • Dec. 6, 12 p.m. – 2 p.m., Los Volcanes Senior Center, 6500 Los Volcanes Rd. NW 87121

“It is important to protect ourselves and our loved ones this flu season and these shot clinics are intended to serve all ages of Albuquerque families, not just seniors,” said Anna Sanchez, Director of the Department of Senior Affairs.
