Automated Speed Enforcement Warning Period Over

The warning period for the Automated Speed Enforcement has officially come to a close.

ALBUQUERQUE – The warning period for the Automated Speed Enforcement has officially come to a close.

The Albuquerque Police Department would like to remind the public that beginning today, May 25, $100 citations will now be issued for violations captured on any of the three ASE devices around the city.

Tickets can be expected to arrive in the mail between seven to 10 days from the time of the violation.  During the initial warning period, over 2,000 warnings were issued to drivers speeding throughout the city.
