APD investigating deadly shooting at Blake’s parking lot

ALBUQUERQUE – APD officers responded at 8:20 a.m. to reports of a shooting in the area of Central Ave. and Altez St., S.E.

Officers located to shooting victims in the parking lot of the Blake’s Lotaburger, located at 9800 Central Ave., S.E. The victims were transported to a local hospital.

One victim, an adult male died as a result of his wounds. The second victim, also an adult male, survived his wounds.

APD’s Homicide Unit responding to investigate the shooting.
