APD Detectives Arrest Potential Serial Sex Offender

ALBUQUERQUE – APD detectives arrested Dominic Ivan Martinez, 51, on February 3, 2024, on multiple charges of criminal sexual penetration of a minor and criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Since his arrest, APD Sex Crimes Unit has been made aware of, and are actively investigating other sexual assaults that may be connected to Martinez.

The Albuquerque Police Department would like to remind the community that there are multiple ways to report sexual assault, even in instances of delayed reporting.
