ALBUQUERQUE -- APD homicide detectives have charged a man who allegedly tried to rob a massage business on Monday, and ended up in a shoot-out with a woman who worked there.

Video surveillance from Wonderful Massage, located at 5716 Menaul Blvd. N.E., shows Jorge Rivera-Ramirez, 18, enter the business at 8:32 p.m. and pay a woman. The woman, later identified as Sihui Fang, 45, is later seen with a gun pointed at her head as she was forced to open the front door and let another man inside.

Fang attempted to run out of the business, but was dragged back inside and down a hallway by her hair.

Through investigation, detectives determined that Fang and Rivera-Ramirez shot several rounds at each other. Fang died at the scene and Rivera-Ramirez called 911 and requested medical assistance for several gunshot wounds.

The second man fled the business.

Homicide detectives also learned that APD robbery detectives have been investigating a string of armed robberies in the Albuquerque involving two men who were robbery massage parlors. That investigation is continuing.
