APD arrests third suspect for 2022 homicide at Central Ave hot spot

APD detectives today arrested a third suspect for the shooting death in May 2022 of Raymond Sedillo at a notorious corner shop at Central Ave. and Pennsylvania St., N.E.

ALBUQUERQUE – APD detectives today arrested a third suspect for the shooting death in May 2022 of Raymond Sedillo at a notorious corner shop at Central Ave. and Pennsylvania St., N.E.

Detectives arrested Anthony McCrady, 29, this afternoon at the Motel 6, located at Coors Blvd., and Iliff Rd., N.W. McCrady is accused of shooting Sedillo who was sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of the In and Out shop, located at 7817 Central Ave. N.E.

McCrady was charged last year with the murder of Sedillo, who was shot May 8, 2022, and died as a result of his gunshot wounds on May 21, 2022.

Detectives previously arrested Curtis Taylor and Tyrell Burr for their roles in the murder.

Detectives learned through investigation that several individuals, including McCrady, Burr and Taylor, shot Sedillo as he sat in his vehicle in the parking lot at the In & Out.

McCrady is charged with an open count of murder.
