APD Arrests 80 Offenders in 21st Anti-Crime Operation

Operation Results in 293 moving citations, 6 firearms, and 4 stolen vehicles recovered.

APD completed its 21st and most successful city-wide Anti-Crime Operation to date.  The operation resulted in the arrest of an additional 80 offenders. A total of 975 individuals have been arrested since the start of the operations in August.

The Anti-Crime Operation was conducted February 1, 2021, through February 5, 2021. Officers and detectives from the Field Services Bureau, Investigative Bureau and Special Operations Bureau were all involved in this initiative.

A total of 86 outstanding warrants were cleared, and 36 new felony arrests were made. 293 moving citations were issued, six stolen firearms were recovered along with four stolen vehicles.
