APD Arrests 37 Offenders in 16th Anti-Crime Operation
Operation Results in 6 firearms, 5 stolen vehicles recovered.

APD completed its 16th city-wide Anti-Crime Operation. The operation resulted in the arrest of an additional 37 offenders. A total of 695 individuals have been arrested since the start of the operations in August. Officers also recovered 6 firearms and 5 stolen vehicles.
The Anti-Crime Operation was conducted December 28, 2020, through January 1, 2021. Officers and detectives from the Field Services Bureau, Investigative Bureau and Special Operations Bureau were all involved in this initiative.
A total of 36 outstanding warrants were cleared, and 17 new felony arrests were made. Additionally, 179 moving citations were issued.
