In a city where the APINH population is estimated at 3.4%-4.1%, representation in City Summer Jobs (ages 14-24) currently sits at only 2.5% (22 out of 860 total hires). We also discovered the current lack of a 'Pacific Islander' demographic option in reporting, which creates a visibility void that makes equitable resource allocation hard to track.
