Lot Reimagined Redevelopment Grant Application

The City of Albuquerque's Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (MRA) has initiated a new program designed to activate underutilized MRA-owned spaces, increase pedestrian traffic, and inspire local entrepreneurs to engage with empty lots meaningfully.

Note: All properties listed are unimproved and primarily consist of vacant lots. These parcels are owned by MRA and slated for eventual redevelopment. These lots do not provide access to power, water sources, restrooms, or washing facilities. No financial assistance or support will be available for their improvement or modification. Event design and scheduling must duly consider these limitations. Additionally, applicants are obligated to complete the required event permitting processes and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

CHECKLIST:

    • Hit submit, and you will be taken to the Modified W9 form.
    • Complete the modified W9 with the applicant's information. Please make sure to fill out every field accurately. DO NOT PUT SAME AS. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FIELD BLANK. DO NOT INCLUDE EXTRA CHARACTERS.
  • Two letters of recommendation attesting to the experience and capacity of the applicant;
  • Programming scope;
  • Proof of experience;
  • Budget with itemized costs, including but not limited to labor, material costs, implementation costs, and permitting fees. Include supporting vendor/contractor estimates, with a valid date of at least 90 days.
