Event Requests Special Events MRA owns properties and lots within its 22 designated MR Areas. The Agency follows City permitting policies for Special Events and Filming (which includes using an MRA-owned lot for film crew parking/staging). Special Events Film Permits MRA Staff Time Requests MRA is committed to being a community partner and engaging in community events. However, our staff capacity is limited, particularly for events that occur outside of regular business hours. If you would like to invite MRA staff to speak or participate in your event, please complete the following form a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
