Application Process
Applicants shall complete an online application, a city-modified W9, letters of recommendation, examples of previous work, the proposed scope, a budget, an official estimate for all related costs, including entertainment or artist fees, labor and supplies costs, contractor fees, and a timeline. Applications will not be accepted via mail, email, or in person. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or scored. You will not be notified if your application is incomplete.

Steps to Apply
- Submit Online Application
- Include all required documents to verify eligibility and budget
- Assessment
- Applications are reviewed and scored by a committee
- Award Notification
- Approved applicants receive a Notice of Award and draft agreement
- Agreement Review
- MRA provides the agreement for review and approval
- Contract Signing
- Agreement is signed by both the applicant and MRA via DocuSign
- Activate the Lot
- Submit proof of insurance.
- Begin programming once approved.
- Maintain communication with MRA and provide updates during the lease.
If Selected
- Successful applicants must sign a Redevelopment Agreement with the MRA. All projects are subject to the terms of this agreement and must follow local, state, and federal laws.
- Applicants will be notified by email if their project is approved or denied
