Bringing City Hall to the Community

I’m working to turn City Hall “inside out” by taking government directly to the community.

In this edition of Community Hall, get involved with:

  • The One Albuquerque Goals Summit
  • The One ABQ Challenge
  • Summer opportunities for youth.

We engaged over 1,000 residents as part of the mayoral transition process and provided first-of-their-kind opportunities for the public to weigh in on the search for a permanent police chief.  We have also reinvigorated civic participation in our community by filling roughly 100 boards and commissions positions and making a commitment to double the amount of community volunteers engaged in helping our city solve problems.

Moving forward, we’ll be sharing updates to let you know how you can continue to be involved in the work that lies ahead in making Albuquerque a safe, inclusive and innovative city. Together, we are One Albuquerque!
