Mayor Tim Keller is announcing the launch of a new mobile app to bring all City of Albuquerque department apps into one centralized mobile application, making city services easier to find and more accessible. The “One Albuquerque” app, which was developed locally, houses all the City’s applications in one easy-to-use app available for most Android and Apple devices.

“The One Albuquerque app is going to modernize and simplify how people can connect with all things ABQ,” said Mayor Keller. “It’s a one-stop-shop for events, volunteer opportunities, and updates from our City that will make it easier than ever to get involved. It’s just one of the ways we’re bringing city government out into our community.”

The administration made it a priority to ensure the new One Albuquerque app adheres to technology accessibility standards for people with varying levels of abilities. The new app makes it easy to:

  • Access all CABQ mobile applications
  • Submit a report to 311
  • Look up the status of a previously reported issue
  • Connect with key community resources
  • Receive city-wide updates.

The app was developed by a local developer, APPCityLife and can be downloaded for free from Google Play and Apple App Store.
