The applicant is requesting to modify Permit No. 1715-RV1 with the following:

• Replace the existing 900 HP natural-gas fired emergency engine with a new diesel-fired emergency engine rated at 1,102 HP that is subject to more stringent emission limits. The proposed engine would provide back-up power to the facility when there is a loss of commercial power. The applicant is requesting to operate the engine for 200 hours per year.
• Install a natural gas-fired boiler rated at 3 MMBtu/hr to provide comfort heat. The boiler is considered an exempt source pursuant to Paragraph (3) of Subsection F of 20.11.41 NMAC.
