Reporting Non-Employment Complaints Alleging Discrimination

The City of Albuquerque, the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department (“Program”), and the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, ancestry, disability, age, sex, spousal affiliation, gender identity or sexual orientation in the administration of programs or activities, in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to Report a Discrimination Complaint

The City of Albuquerque Office of Civil Rights is responsible for the coordination of compliance efforts and receipt of inquiries concerning discrimination.
