Offender Arrested After Added to Metro 15 List

Benjamin Pace arrested one day after he was added to the Metro 15 list of offenders.

Benjamin Pace was arrested this morning, one day after he was added to the Metro 15 list of offenders.

Pace (9/20/1986) was added on Friday to the Metro 15 list of offenders who are drivers of crime. He was arrested and booked into MDC on his outstanding warrants:

Aggravated Assault (DW)(HHM)
Battery (HHM); Interference with Communications
Child Abuse [Open Count]
Aggravated Battery (HHM)
Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle
Battery (HHM)

Pace has also been charged with Aggravated Eluding.

The Metro 15 Operation is a targeted component of Mayor Keller’s Violence Intervention Program – a proactive effort to attack violent crime from all sides.

The Metro 15 is a working list of the top 15 violent crime offenders in Albuquerque identified by the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office, the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office, the state Office of Superintendent of Insurance, and APD.
