APD arrests 66 offenders in 25th Anti-Crime Operation

Operation results in 378 moving citations, 9 firearms, and 8 stolen vehicles recovered.

APD completed its 25th city-wide Anti-Crime Operation.  The operation resulted in the arrest of an additional 66 offenders, bringing the total number of individuals arrested to 1,188 since the operations began in August.

The Anti-Crime Operation was conducted March 2, 2021, through March 6, 2021. Officers and detectives from the Field Services Bureau, Investigative Bureau and Special Operations Bureau were all involved in this initiative.

A total of 58 outstanding warrants were cleared, and 33 new felony arrests were made. 378 moving citations were issued, 9 stolen firearms were recovered along with 8 stolen vehicles.
