For booking inquiries, contact the Event Center:

Facility rental available from November 1st through August 31st. No facilities are available to rent during September and October. Please note that peak season rentals (May - August) will fill one year in advance.

Rental hours: 9:00 am to 11:30 pm

Facility Rental Inquiries

Banquet Room

  • $450/day (includes $100 non-refundable application fee)
  • $250 refundable damage deposit
  • Spacious seating for 220 guests
  • Roomy and welcoming bar area which can hold additional guests
  • Inviting outdoor patio with gazebo, pergola, and fire pit
  • Large screen TV available for presentations
  • Tables and chairs provided with rental for 220 people
  • Catering welcome. Cold food prep only
  • If space is available, we will allow rehearsals before the event at $50/hour.

Upper Deck Patio

  • $350/day (includes $100 non-refundable application fee)
  • $250 refundable damage deposit
  • Seating for 250 guests or up to 485 standing cocktail
  • 1/3 upper deck covered with canopy
  • Exceptional views of the Sandia Mountains
  • Tables and chairs provided with rental for 200 people
  • Catering welcome. Cold food prep only
  • If space is available, we will allow rehearsals before the event at $50/hour.

Hole #6 (water feature)

  • $300/day (includes $100 non-refundable application fee)
  • $250 refundable damage deposit
  • If space is available, we will allow rehearsals before the event at $50/hour.

* Application fee will be discounted if both banquet area and upper deck are rented together.
