Mayor Keller’s Statement on the Passing on Rudolfo Anaya

Mayor Tim Keller released the following statement on the passing of New Mexican author Rudolfo Anaya:

“I am deeply saddened that New Mexico has lost our legendary storyteller. A while back, I got a kind note from Rudolfo. It was so thoughtful and timely that I saved it. Even in today’s context, it’s still a powerful message: ‘Let’s continue helping the least fortunate among us. We are all one family.’”
