ABQ RIDE GO!

ABQ RIDE will undergo this software transition in two phases:

Phase I: Effective Monday, October 20, 2025

ABQ RIDE will no longer be running its ABQ RIDE Connect microtransit service through the ABQ RIDE Connect app by Spare Labs. Starting Monday, October 6, 2025, riders can download the new ABQ RIDE GO! app to prepare for this transition, but cannot book rides until the launch date.

Phase II: Effective Saturday, November 15, 2025

Sun Van riders can begin scheduling rides via the ABQ RIDE GO! app. Riders can still call 243-RIDE to schedule Sun Van rides, but now have multiple options for convenience and ease of scheduling, as well as a new option to track your Sun Van real-time.

1. Download the new ABQ RIDE GO! app from Google Play or the Apple Store. You can now discard the previous ride scheduling app.
2. Create a new rider profile.
3. Start booking your rides!

• Meet your driver at the curb for door-to-door service.
• It’s recommended to arrive at the pickup location a few minutes early to leave promptly and keep other passengers on schedule.
• Ride to your Sun Van or ABQ RIDE Connect destination, or transfer to fixed route bus service.

ABQ RIDE will continue to offer the same microtransit and paratransit services, now it’s just on a new app! In the first phase of this plan, riders can start booking rides for ABQ RIDE Connect on the new ABQ RIDE GO! app. In the second phase of this plan, riders can start booking rides for Sun Van on the new ABQ RIDE GO! app.
