Metro 15 List: July 1, 2021

View the updated Metro 15 List for July 1, 2021.

42-year-old Lucas Trammell and 40-year-old Christopher Otero have been added to the Metro 15 List

Trammell has a No Bond warrant for Failure to Comply with Probation on charges of Non-Residential Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny (Over $500 but not more than $2,500) and Possession of Burglary Tools. Trammell does have violent tendencies.

Otero is wanted for a Parole Violation on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The Metro 15 is a working list of 15 offenders who are considered drivers of crime in Albuquerque. The first list was created on November 2019. As offenders are arrested, new offenders and fugitives are identified based on their criminal history and the potential for successful prosecution. APD’s Shield Unit prepares discovery for prosecutors to use in court and work to keep offenders in jail.

The Metro 15 Operation is a targeted component of Mayor Keller’s proactive effort to attack violent crime from all sides.
