The City of Albuquerque’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (MRA) is seeking proposals for the development of approximately 0.48 acres located at 306 Yale Blvd SE, just north of a neighborhood grocery store.
This property lies within the University Metropolitan Redevelopment Area and is zoned MX-L (Mixed-Use – Low Intensity). The City is seeking development proposals that align with the University Metropolitan Redevelopment Plan and:
- Create new housing or neighborhood-serving uses
- Support walkability, cleanliness, and safety
- Strengthen the surrounding commercial environment
The City will donate the land as part of this opportunity. While no direct financial assistance is provided through this RFP, selected developers may pursue additional City incentives such as Redevelopment Tax Abatement or other eligible housing resources to support project feasibility.
