RFP#03-2025: Small Properties Disposal and Redevelopment
The City of Albuquerque’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (MRA) is seeking qualified developers, contractors, and other interested parties to submit proposals for the redevelopment of multiple small properties. These sites are available for disposal and redevelopment in alignment with the City’s zoning regulations. Proposals can include residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, depending on what is allowed at each location.
Opportunity Overview
You may submit proposals for one, several, or all of the available properties. The goal of this RFP is to activate underutilized sites and support neighborhood revitalization efforts.
Key Points:
- Proposals must comply with City zoning requirements.
- Housing proposals may include affordable, market-rate, or mixed-income units.
- Both rental and for-sale housing are eligible.
