MRA’s Redevelopment Revenue Bond (RRB) Program is a project-specific financing tool designed to help close capital gaps for catalytic redevelopment projects located within designated Metropolitan Redevelopment (MR) Areas.
This program provides fixed-rate capital for qualified redevelopment projects that:
- Represent a substantial elimination of slum or blight
- Are catalytic with a sustainable revenue source
- Produce income to the City, County, and State through property taxes and GRT
- Directly generate new job opportunities
Additionally, to qualify for an RRB, a project must have a total development value of at least $25 MM. The RRB program can be combined with Tax Increment Financing (TIF) revenue reimbursements or Redevelopment Tax Abatement (RTA).
