Other Voucher & Housing Resources

Project-Based Vouchers

Monarch Properties administers up to 129 City-funded project-based vouchers at all City-owned apartment communities.  The project-based vouchers provide long-term housing assistance that is tied to specific housing units rather than to an individual household. These vouchers support deeply affordable housing by ensuring units remain available for people with lower income. They serve households at or below 50% Area Media Income who are not participating in the City’s existing affordable housing program at these properties or receiving another local, state or federal housing subsidy.

Hotel / Motel Vouchers

Hotel and motel vouchers provide short-term, emergency housing for individuals and households who need immediate shelter while longer-term housing options are identified. These vouchers are time-limited and are intended to stabilize people quickly and connect them to services and permanent housing pathways.
