About the Indicators Progress Commission (IPC)

The Indicators Progress Commission is responsible for coordinating the review of indicators of important community conditions relating to the City's five-year goals and to the community's sustainability characteristics.

The Indicators Progress Commission is composed of 12 members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.

The members represent cross section of private and public organizations representing:

  • Community-based organizations
  • Business organizations
  • Educational institutions, and
  • Community service organizations.

2022 Goals Forum

Every four years, the City of Albuquerque hosts a Goals Forum to take input from the community about strategic goals and desired community conditions. This year, the City invites the public to the following opportunities to make their voices heard. Community input collected will be presented to the Mayor and City Council, and will be made available to the public, to help shape Albuquerque’s future.

Thursday, Sept. 22 at 6 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 1 at 10:30 a.m.

  • Language interpretation will be available in over 100 languages telephonically
  • RSVP for Oct. 1 Goals Forum Town Hall

The IPC meets the second Tuesday of every month from noon to 1 p.m. All meetings are currently being held virtually.
