Department of Finance & Administrative Services

The City's financial sections provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial, facility and information management services. They provide these services to City departments, residents, and businesses in an innovative and efficient manner.

The Procurement Division is responsible for issuing and tracking solicitations, contracts, purchase orders, and price agreements.

The Treasury Division is the City's fiscal agent. We provide the critical services to the City for the benefit of our taxpayers including banking, public finance, investments, and taxes and fees administration.

The Indicators Progress Commission is responsible for coordinating the review of indicators of important community conditions relating to the City's five-year goals and to the community's sustainability characteristics.
