Notice of Hearing on Department Rules


The City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services (“Department”) hereby invites public input to proposed updates of the Social Services Contracts Procurement Rules that govern procurement of social services with the Department.


Copies of the draft updates of the Procurement Rules will be available November 4, 2021 through November 18, 2021, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services, 5th floor, Room 504, Old City Hall, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The documents can also be accessed on the Department’s website at


In accordance with Article 15, Section 2-15-3 ROA 1994, the public is invited to submit input in person or in writing. Written and oral testimony will be accepted at a public hearing held by Zoom, at the following link:

The public hearing will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Written comments will also be accepted by email to [email protected] before 4:00 p.m. on November 18, 2021.
