Water Filtration Systems to Get an Upgrade Thanks to Parks and Recreation Department
The ABQ BioPark received about $300,000 worth of pumps, sand filters and related equipment.
Nov. 24, 2020 - The ABQ BioPark would like to give a big thank you to the Albuquerque Parks and Recreation Department for donating about $300,000 worth of pumps, sand filters and related equipment to us! All this equipment will help us improve our water filtration systems across the ABQ BioPark, including a major improvement to the koi pond at the Botanic Garden, and upgrades to a few of the streams around the Zoo.
