Governance Committee

The Technical Review Committee (TRC) reviews purchases, approves projects, and establish the overall strategy and direction for information systems. The TRC Performs initial review and approval of all projects and purchases over p-card limit.

The Department of Technology and Innovation supports all City Departments, residents, and visitors with technology solutions to improve and expand government processes, safety, communication, and mobility.
