Description
Using fiber, collage, paint, found objects, and natural materials—including feathers, seed pods, roots, and grasses—Montavon creates textured works inspired by Albuquerque’s mesas, trails, riverbanks, and Rio Grande bosque.
The exhibition invites visitors to slow down, breathe, notice the beauty around them, and reflect on our relationship with the land.
Visitors can also participate in an interactive installation by writing their hopes for the future on handmade paper and adding them to a hanging juniper branch—creating a collective expression of hope and renewal.
Come experience art, nature, and a little lightness.
Free and open to the public.
