Description
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the gradual return of longer days. Through guided reflection, journaling, and a simple botanical sun-print art activity, participants will explore the rhythms of the season, celebrate the year's growth and abundance, and welcome the restorative possibilities of winter.
Participants will create a turmeric sun-print using natural materials, exploring the interplay of light and shadow through art inspired by nature.
This welcoming, creative experience is open to everyone. No previous artistic experience or spiritual practice is necessary. Please bring a journal and something to write with; all art materials will be provided.
Take time to pause, reflect, and connect with the changing season in a peaceful, nature-inspired setting.
All are welcome!
