Summer 2018 Registration for Swimming, Tennis Begins Monday
“We want folks from all over Albuquerque to take advantage of our city’s facilities and summer programs,” stated Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller. “These are great opportunities for kids to have some fun this summer.”
Summer swimming lessons run for two-week sessions throughout the summer. The cost per swimming lesson is only $35.00. Morning and evening times will be available at all City of Albuquerque swimming pools.
Summer tennis lessons for juniors and adults will take place at Jerry Cline Recreation & Tennis Center, the Sierra Vista Tennis Center, and the Arroyo del Oso courts. Morning lessons will cost $40 for juniors and $50 for adults. Evening lessons will cost $32 for juniors and $40 for adults.
There will be a limited amount of slots offered for each class online. If classes are full for swimming, please register in person beginning Saturday, April 28 at 8:00 a.m. In-person registration for tennis begins Monday, April 30 at 8:00 a.m.
To register in person or online, Albuquerque residents will need to create your household account prior to registration. To create your household and sign up for lessons, please visit play.cabq.gov.
