Homeless Resources

The City of Albuquerque homeless helpline is operated by the New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness Albuquerque Coordinated Entry Team. Two advocates are available to provide resources and referrals related to homelessness. Helpline staff can be reached via phone, text, and email.

The 311 Community Contact Center is a centralized call center for the City of Albuquerque. The 311 service is a single telephone number for all non-emergency City of Albuquerque inquiries and services.
