To Request a Copy of Your Citation

For citations beginning with “1024” or for most citations issued before June 2025

Please visit the zerofatality.com citation review website.

Click the “Live Chat” option and enter your license plate number and name for the information you need to pay your citation.

First you will be asked if you have the citation number. If you do not, you will be asked first for the city of issuance, then for the license plate number and state of registration. The agent will be able to provide you with citation numbers and pin/password for all citations associated with the vehicle.

For Citations Beginning with “ABQ” or for Most Citations Issued After June 2025

Please call 844-652-0888 between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm and press “0” for a customer service representative. They will be able to provide you with the information you need to pay your citation.

For In-person Payments and Inquiries

Please come to City Hall and pay in person at our Parking Division Desk to avoid payment processing fees and check your citation status.
