Log Your Community Service Hours

Please note, this is for City of Albuquerque ASE Citations only. City of Albuquerque citation numbers follow the following formatting conventions:

  • ASE citations issued via Citeweb begin with "ABQ."

If your citation begins with "BN," your citation was issued by Bernalillo County Public Works and is not eligible for this program.

Fields with a red dot  are mandatory.

Enter your legal first name.
Enter your last name.
Enter the community service opportunity from the Community Service Platform (linked on button at the top of the page) that you participated in.
Enter the date you did your community service hours.
Enter the number of hours you worked.
Enter the citation number from the citation you are doing community service for.

We will process this form within 72 hours and respond via the email address provided if there are issues.

You will find a record of your hours when they are processed on our service platform: https://cabq54.galaxydigital.com/

Your log in email will be the one you use here. If you have not yet created an account, one will be created for you. Password creation instructions will be sent when your profile is created.

Please do not complete this form more than once or it will slow processing time.

All forms submitted between 5/22/2026 at 5pm MST through 5/31/2026 will be processed on 6/1/2026.
