2021

  • Final 2019 Regional Sulfur Dioxide Emissions and Milestone Report
    • Description: This legal notice informs the public of a determination by the Environmental Health Department that regional emissions of sulfur dioxide for calendar year 2019 in air quality jurisdictions participating in the Sulfur Dioxide Emissions and Milestone Program (which include New Mexico and Albuquerque - Bernalillo County) are below the regulatory threshold that would otherwise have triggered an emissions trading program for sulfur dioxide in the participating jurisdictions. The details of this determination are set forth in an annual report required in certain circumstances in accordance with the Albuquerque - Bernalillo County element of New Mexico's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan, pursuant to requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency's Regional Haze Rule, 40 CFR Part 51, Section 309.

  • Proposed Good Neighbor Certification for 2015 National Ambient Air Quality Standard for Ozone

2018

  • Proposed Good Neighbor Certification for 2008 Ozone NAAQS
    • Description: This document proposes to certify that air contaminant emissions from Albuquerque and Bernalillo County do not contribute to violations of the 2008 federal ambient air quality standard for ozone in other jurisdictions, as mandated by the Good Neighbor provision of the federal Clean Air Act.
