Emissions Inventory Submissions

Pursuant to 20.11.47 NMAC the owner or operator of a facility with an air quality permit shall submit the emissions inventory report by March 15 of each calendar year. Please use the information below to determine how to submit your Annual Emissions Inventory.

Most facilities can complete the inventory submission using the simple online form from the link located below.  Select the link to submit your emissions inventory and follow the step-by-step instructions that are applicable to your permit or AQN.

Title V and Synthetic Minors submit emissions inventories using our State and Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS).  If your facility is set up as a SLEIS user, you must submit your emissions inventory using SLEIS.
