Property Ownership

Private property owners with a tree planted on their property will be responsible for watering and maintaining their trees. The neighborhood will be responsible for identifying property ownership. How will neighborhood members support each other with irrigation and maintenance? Will you work with other neighborhood groups or businesses? If there are renters who move, how will you ensure property owners continue to care for their trees? Please limit responses to 300 words or less.
