Request a Presentation, Tour, or Travel Training

ABQ RIDE partners with community members, groups, and local organizations to learn how transit can best work for them! Our team will get you up to speed on helpful resources and what it takes to run a system that delivers nearly 8 million rides to Albuquerque each year.
 
These presentations, tours, and trainings are tailored to each group and include information on our four core services, trip planning resources, apps to download, safety programs, volunteer opportunities, hiring incentives, customer service support, and more. Community Engagement Options

Informational presentations at transit facilities, or ABQ RIDE staff members can come to you upon request.

Guided group tours that provide hands-on experience using public transit, such as an instructional bus ride where you learn navigation, best passenger practices, and how to ride and drive safely when interacting with the transit system. Tours may include transit facilities where you can see what happens behind-the-scenes at ABQ RIDE.

Specialized training is available to help riders learn transit basics including reading schedules, downloading and using apps, planning trips, and accessing programs.

Submit a Request

Please submit your request at least two to four weeks in advance. Once the form is completed, a staff member will contact you. Note that all presentations, tours, and trainings are subject to staff availability.

If you selected other preferred location, let us know a specific transit center or location you’d like.
We’ll try our best to accommodate!
Let us know how we can tailor this experience to your group.
For example, you may request a general presentation with an overview on ABQ RIDE offerings, or you may choose to focus on specific topics such as how to use microtransit, download apps, plan routes, etc.
