Description
All welcome! Wear any comfy clothes, no experience needed, participate always at your own level. Bring a mat, water, a light blanket, and a small cushion. Shade available but sunscreen recommended. $10 drop-in rate for any class and 30% of earnings will benefit the Open Space Alliance. Kundalini yoga will be Sept 13 through Nov 8, with no class on Oct 18.
Indoor class if weather prevents outdoor class.
