Upcoming construction at Maloof Air Field

Albuquerque Parks & Recreation, Open Space Division is pleased to announce a new shade structure project that will be starting on December 1^st. The project will include a new 21’ x 40’ custom shade structure and new concrete pad to provide additional usable space for public enjoyment. The project is schedule to take 2 months and should be completed by early February. We appreciate your patience during construction and will make every attempt to minimize the impact to the airfield. The Airfield will still be accessible during construction but will have limitations on viewing area to south side. The Open Space Division is committed to enhancing recreation amenities for the greater Albuquerque area.
