The third annual Singing Arrow Multicultural Arts Festival was a smashing success! The family-friendly and fun event featured local artists, cultural performances, interactive games, arts and crafts. The festival offered a variety of food trucks with ethnic foods and refreshments for attendees. Scores of visitors enjoyed performances by our local musicians, dancers and performers on the outdoor stage in Singing Arrow Park.

This year's theme, “Your Culture, Your Community” fielded dozens of submissions for the annual festival's art contest. Eligible contestants are Albuquerque children ages five through eighteen. This year’s Singing Arrow Multicultural Art Festival Youth Art Grand Prize winner is 12-year-old Landon Annanka, from the Holiday Park Community Center.

2025 Multicutural Arts Festival 'OneAlbuquerque' Design Winner - Landon Annanka's winning 'OneAlbuquerque' design features teal, green, yellow and orange hues within the 'One Albuquerque' Logo.

Landon said everything in his design represented parts of his New Mexican culture. "I used the teals and the greens then faded them to represent New Mexico Sunsets. I used the yellow and oranges to represent New Mexico sunsets and sunrises, too." Landon's design is now featured on special edition ‘OneAlbuquerque’ t-shirts! Each year, these special edition shirts are available for purchase by the Department of Youth and Family Services, with proceeds benefiting Community Center programming.

Councilor Renée Grout, CABQ Youth & Family Services, and the Singing Arrow Community Center expressed gratitude for all who attended the 2025 Albuquerque Multicultural Arts Festival! "We want to extend 'Special Thanks' to our vendors, performers and visitors," Councilor Grout said. "Our attendance is growing every year, and the word is getting around that the Multicultural Arts Festival is a showcase of the many cultures that call Albuquerque home. This is one of my favorite events."
